Hi, everyone. My name is Brittany Swinsky and I'm Looms. I'm already lean. Today I want to give you an overview of our team impact discovery program.

This is a very effective way to drive behavior change within your organization. So if change management is top of mind for you, if you are trying to make some strategic changes on your team or in your.org this framework is a way that we can partner together to drive your goals forward towards impact

. Here's how it works. First thing we're going to do is meet with a stakeholder or a champion from a particular team at your organization.

This works very well when we are able to dissect your use cases team by team and method by method rather than an.org wide approach.

So let me show you how this works. So we will go ahead and meet with some people on that team who can speak to these, uh, strategic type things during a discovery call.

We're going to run through some questions together, such as what does a day in the life looked like for somebody on your team today?

What types of meetings are taking place? Do you guys work in any particular frameworks or methodologies? Perhaps an agile methodology?

So what's going on in your team today? What's the current state? And then we'll talk about what's your ideal state, what are some things your team is trying to achieve?

Perhaps this quarter some? OKRs, you guys are trying to work on some broader initiatives. What are some things you'd really love to see?

If you could wave the magic wand, what would be different? Now we'll talk about what's blocking you from getting there today.

And there's a lot of things we can get into here. Perhaps it's that your team is trying to transition to more asynchronous work, but that's really challenging to do.

We'll dissect what's blocking you and we're going to aim to remove those together by using Loom. Next we'll talk about if we wave that magic wand, we remove those blockers, we get to our ideal state.

What would the impact be for your organization? Is it going to be a cost reduction? Increased efficiency across your team, across your.org time saving meetings, reduced?

What are you really trying to achieve? And we will boil it all down to what we call a success measure or your North Star, which is what will allow you to say at the end of the day, wow.

Using Loom was a wild success for my team. We are now going to aim all of our resources training enablement workshops towards achieving that particular goal.

Let me give you a couple of real life examples from some customers I've worked with and why this is so important.

So I met with a sales team recently, and they shared with me throughout this discovery flow. We're a sales team.

All we really care about is turning leads into closed one opportunities. Some blockers we're having today is people are not responding to our emails.

It's really noisy out there in the marketplace. We're having a really hard time with our outreach, getting people to show up to our demos, and then they're just not converting into those closed one opportunities and revenue for the organization.

So they said if using Bloom could help us get more of our prospects to show up to our meetings, that would be a success.

And we said, you know what, we know how to do that with Loom. Here are the features you're going to use in order to accomplish that.

So what we would do is run a very targeted training for that team and it's run in a day of the lifestyle.

So rather than just a blanket Loom 101, here's how you add a cool seasonal frame and the pause feature and all the different features.

We make it more. You're an SDR, you're trying to book a call with a prospect. Here's how to use Loom to get more of your prospects to show up to meetings.

So we knew for that team, what was really important to them was, um, that conversion rate. That's what they're trying to measure.

We know that we can increase that with Loom. Now if we look at another use case and why each team is so different.

I am also currently working with a leadership team, and it is a newer team, uh, a company that scaled and grew really quickly.

And the leadership team said if using Loom could help our teams feel less lost, scared and confused about everything going on in the organization and gave them kind of this safe space, um, to find things and to increase transparency in our.org that would be a win for us to see how it's a different success

measure that we are looking at. So let me show you an example of what we would do in terms of training and enablement for, uh, one of those teams.

We exit out here and we'll go into, um, this particular depth. So this is the type of training I would run or one of our CFM would run.

Following that discovery call. As I mentioned, it's not just going to be a Loom one on one training, it's going to be very specific day in the life examples I can even share some real life examples of.

Here are the top ways that a leadership team uses Loom to, uh, communicate powerfully and effectively and civilian with a global workforce.

We'll give real life examples here and we're going to make it really tangible. I can also create, um, additional custom resources for your team.

So, to reiterate, we have this first intro and discovery call. This is a live 60 Minutes call. We do a little async scoping and review just to figure out who should be on this call, what use cases should be anchoring, what's going to resonate best with the team.

We conduct that custom training and enablement. And then down the line, we look back on this together and we're able to say, wow, using loom made us a success with that success measure we initially had in mind.

All right. We are looking forward to meeting with you all and chatting about what's going to make you wildly successful using wound.

Thanks for listening. Take care.
