Hey everyone. This is Stephen. Thanks so much for watching. I just wanted to take a second to share with you how I have leveraged loom to better support my team and build on communication within my organization and teams.
I manage a team of remote employees across six states and two time zones. And as you can imagine, that is quite time intensive and challenging crafting all that communication.
In traditional email alone, I use loop every single day to provide a high quality step-by-step support for technical challenges, as well as share individual and team updates.
The video centric platform and the intuitive desktop app and Chrome extension for loom have made it so amazingly easy to share individualized and timely support from my team.
And this has reduced the time spent going back and forth in emails like you wouldn't believe. Uh, the one other thing that I really love about the platform is that loom allows you to correctly convey your intended tone.
And this is something that I've always struggled with in writing emails, big shout out to the team at loom for providing such a wonderful tool.
