I think I wear it better honestly. Anyway, let's talk about generative AI. It's this fantastic type of AI that's all about making new and original content without needing human help.
Using AI often in the form of neural networks, we'll explain that in more detail later. It looks at existing data and comes up with fresh content based on what it learns.
It's super versatile and creates things on the fly. You've probably seen it in action with tools like chat GPT. So here's a simple example.
Chat GPT doesn't rely on preset words or phrases. Instead, it creates words in real time based on what you tell it.
And those image generators like mid-Journey, stable diffusion, and dolly too, they don't use preset images either. They make unique images from scratch, similar to having a new fingerprint each time, no tour, ever the same.
Now, this is different from analytical AI, which only analyzes existing data without creating anything new. To make the distinction clear, think of generative AI as the creative artist, while analytical AI is like the art critic.
Generative AI has real life applications like AI generated music and art with tools like support workers do their job as chat bots powered by generative AI.
Can improve communication and customer service. Learning from large data sets of support conversations and handling the easiest ones while supporting agents to achieve better and faster outcomes in complicated cases.
