Hi, my name is Scott and I am the CEO and founder of go-to. I know. Right. Anyway. Thank you for Hi, my name's Scott, Nan, the CEO and founder of go-to.

I know, right, but seriously.

Hi, my name's Scott <inaudible> CEO and founder of go-to. Thank you for choosing. Hi, my name is Scott nine, the CEO and founder of go-to.

And if I can do that, you can get this job. Okay. Like thank you for choosing to be a part of our community.

I mean that, I am grateful that you are considering joining one of our partner accounts and growing your career with us.

You're about to get on a cancellation selection call and I'm making this video to give you some do's and don'ts so here's what you need to know.

You are already someone that we want to have be a part of our community. There are no more tests. We just need to find you the right.

Our matching team is put you in this pool.

Yeah.

You were about to go on a Kansas lesson call and here's what you need to know.

You were about to go on cancellation call and I made this video to give you some pointers. So here's some things you need to know you're already in.

Well sort of, so here's what you need to know. You were someone we want to be a part of our community.

That's multiple interviews and our recruitment team said, Hey,

They're a fit. They match. Go to let's find them a seat. All right, there are no more tests pass. We just need to find the right match.

Our matching team puts you in this candidate pool because they believe that one, you are a teammate that will make this partner's business better.

And two, this is a partner of business. You want to be a part of, if both those things are not true, please speak up.

Now. There is no reason for me to lie to you. Okay? We're both trying to make money here. I know I am.

I hope that you are both trying to strive for something more to grow And what's about to happen. It can feel awkward.

First off you start off in a room with a bunch of other candidates. You're all making small talk, but you're also all applying for the same job, awkward then boom.

You're not calling people you don't know or barely know, and it can feel very nerve wracking. Okay? Like your ego can set and you can overthink it.

And that's just playing weird. Okay? Like the whole thing is just playing weird. Ego can set in. You can start questioning things.

You can start trying to overthink things. You're going to overthink things. Don't,

It's weird to step into it. Okay? I can't make this not weird for you, but I can give you some Sage advice.

Let your weird shine. Okay. Your weird within reason, but be freaking you okay, but not to do no, sir. No noted.

Speaking up. It's tough. I want you to start speaking. Believe me. I know it can be hard to shut up, but try to be open and also concise and to the point, focus on value and outcomes over tasks,

No passive or slavery s**t. Okay. Value and outcomes. All right. How are you going to make their business better? And what are you doing and what are you working on and make you better?

And where have you come from? Where are you going? Right. Speak your mind. Like for real, just speak your mind.

Nobody went through a go-to demo. The partner, like I'm telling you, nobody went through a go-to demo and got to the point where they're about to pick a teammate because they want to hire a robot.

We a hundred percent are not the partner for a business like that. Okay. Don't say what you think they want to hear again, say your truth.

And remember, we are grateful to have you join our community. This sounds like b******t, giving a speech here, but like you are our customer.

Just as much as this partner that you're about to talk to. If not more, we make money because you work and you do the work and you tell us that we deserve that money.

You opt into that relationship. Thank you. I want to earn it. So Ask about the job, make sure it's the right fit for you real quickly.

That's important. Ask about the job, make sure it's the right fit for you. Ask about your coworkers on the manager side.

Ask about your coworkers and the manager on the partner side, if you want. Okay. And as for your engaged manager, you're just meeting as well.

They're going to be awesome. I'll get you an awesome one. All right. What I'm asking, I can be tough. I'm pretty much asking you to be like, Tim.

You're not going to be your best at any job. If you don't start by being the best version of yourself, it's just like, go keep it real.

No, this, once you get selected by one of our partners, if you speak up, ask questions, say what you think.

And they somehow stupidly cutting from that account. This happened one time. But if it happens, you won't, we will give you a raise, keep paying you.

We'll find you another account because you are exactly the type of person that we were built to support. So seriously.

Thank you. Good luck. If anything goes weird or wrong or you don't, we're doing our job up to par. Email me, reach out comment on this video.

But if they're urgent, email me and we'll talk about it. We'll make it right. If there's something mid, right. Seriously.

Thank you. I appreciate you. The f*****g kill it.
