As a part of the user experience team, we have developed a new fully user focus on onboarding process. The alternative of this work was to make activation quicker and more effective.
We found that the people were not aware of what document needed to be silent and why. So we did a new feature that gives them information about this document what they need are for and who they help.
In addition, we have added a simp, a sample document that people can upload or share with others. This new picture is intent to make the condition more unstable, avoiding mistakes.
At the same time, we understood that the process of sharing document was not linear. Users often share documents as a, as they call, not follow a sequence.
We have designer an option where the user can complete separate blocks independently, eh, which means that finish one block does not affect the others.
Another great improvement was given the name of the person who shows in the legal document to the user, which avoids future errors and makes the process fasters.
Finally, it is important to know that one, the user has completed the initial activation of a line they have will not disappear.
Instead, it will function as a break to the second activations, a new section of line of credit where the user can manage and display the status of all.
