Hi, my name's Madison and I'm on the demand generation team here at loom leading up our strategic marketing team. I wanna share how I use loom in our day to day projects to kick off a campaign.
That's not only impacting just the marketing department, but also our sales and customer success team. So instead of having to get everyone on a zoom or send a long slack or an email, I just record update of what the campaign is and I can send it out.
This is kind of how the flow would look, Hey, everyone, hope you're doing well. I'm really excited to be kicking off our first review campaign with G2.
Some of you might not be familiar with G2. So for those of you who aren't, it is a peer to peer review site where people can go on and search for different products, services, and softwares that they might need for their enterprise organizations.
So why are we doing this? What we wanna do is really increase our profile of visibility mg two. So when different companies will go on the site to look for video collaboration, screen recording, any of those tools loom comes up.
So the goal is to increase our number of positive reviews. We're looking to do this by exactly 10%. So wanna go from 219 views to at least 241 reviews after this campaign, I will be leading this up.
And if you wanna keep up to date on any of the projects or updates on how the campaign's performing, feel free to join this slack channel.
So I've included a few resources here where you can look at the templates provided by G2. But really what we're trying to do is we've created a target of customers.
We wanna invite to participate in this review campaign. So ideally we're gonna be targeting about 400 users that are at least recorded.
One video on loom have viewed a video on loom they're on our business or enterprise plans. And they're in the delighted group.
Hopefully this drives some people who are huge loom champions or advocates to our G2 site. And they me review in terms of when these send dates will go out.
There's a couple of dates to be aware of. We loom will be sending an email on January 12th. Letting people know that, Hey, G2 will be reaching out to you and sending an email.
This is what that email looks like. You can read in here, all the email copy, if you would like, but pretty much what it is saying is if you would a G two will be reaching out B, if you would like to leave a review, we'll gift you a $25 Amazon gift card.
So that will be sent from loom on January 12th. And then G two is going to be sending three emails after that.
Looking similar to this, this is an example the day with this Anna saying, Hey, we worked with loom. They've let us know that you'd be a great person.
Leave a, will you go ahead and do so. So one email from loom three emails from G2, Allie, let me know if this interferes interferes at all with our other email campaigns, or if we like to suppress this group.
Lastly, I've hyperlinked out all the email copy that we'll be using. Let me know if you guys have any questions about this.
If not, I will continue to post any updates in this slide and I will send out a loom at the end of the campaign to give you an update on how we performed.
Thanks. And if there's any questions.
