Hi, my name is Nick. I am the head of Growth Marketing here at Loom, and I wanna tell you a couple of things about why I love working here and why you should consider working here too.
So, first of all, my role at Loom is aligned to our acquisition channel. And so my job is to optimize our current marketing channels and to help find new channels to acquire more and more Loom users and to help spread the knowledge of what loom the product can do for the new modern workplace.
So I'm here because I truly love the product. I had one of those aha moments before where I experienced Loom the first time and I was like, Wow, I would love to work here.
I'm very fortunate to have that opportunity now. And so that is always my first filter when I'm considering new opportunities of do I love, admire, use the product, and that's true for me at Loom.
And so what that does is that makes me a better marketer. It just makes me better at my job. It makes me better able to empathize with our current customers and really be motivated to dig into their joys of using Loom and any pain points they have to see where I can influence my part of the business to kind of solve and just make the experience of recording and using Loom better and just more joyful for everyone.
And then lastly, the team and the colleagues I get to work with are here are truly some of the most talented, brilliant, and diverse set of voices and opinions that I've, I've really ever had the, the chance to, to work with so far.
And so those three things of loving the product, being able to apply that love to the be marketing, the product, and the people I get to work with are what attracted me to Loom in the first place.
And it's absolutely what, what keeps me here. So if you're considering applying to Loom, I would one a hundred percent encourage you to do that.
