Good afternoon. Hey, I wanted to show you this right fast in your contact card. As you say, I've already selected contact.
I'm in the contact card for Batman, my client. I'm gonna come over here and create a save search. So save search of the here.
First time you're gonna have it, create a save search. It's gonna pop up that way, but if you have others, it'll say create right here.
We can customize it, draw on the map, or we can do neighborhoods zip codes or custom. I like doing customs, but I'm gonna show you how to, you can do this.
So I'm gonna draw on the map and then I'm just, you can type in an area you want on here.
You can zoom out wherever you want. I'm just gonna yep. This area works perfectly. This little icon right here. I'm gonna select it and then I'm gonna just hold down on my mouse on my left bout mouse button and just circle an area like I want.
Yeah, that works right in there. I wanna find a property in this area. So I'm gonna apply and then I'm gonna come through here and just select, you know, what do I, my minimum price to be and what I want my maximum price to be.
So I'm just gonna do a max 500,000. You can do all select amenities here if you want. Not really picky on my amenities, but if there's something that I kind of wanna pull, you can go ahead and put that in there.
And then I'm gonna do all my properties, types. What am I interested in? I don't want no condos or townhouses or laying multi-family.
I don't want apartment or foreclosure. I don't want no for sale or short sales. So that's all of the ones that I want.
So I'm gonna select that over here is your listing status. So active, pending, or, you know, coming soon. So I got the active and coming soon on here bedrooms, I need at least the three bedroom plus two bath.
Plus I can even do year built in here. And my minimum square footage, my maximum on here. Also, I can be able to keep up to date on the open houses in the area.
I'm also able to keep up with price reduced the last seven days. So these are some new features and stuff that's came out that your clients might like.
I'm gonna hit next now, and I'm gonna give this search a, a title. So I'm just gonna label the Smiths.
So then I know as the agent of who this search is for, I'm also gonna send email notification. When I click this button on right here, it's gonna gimme the option of sending it instantly.
So anything that happens in that area that I've selected or that zip code that I've selected, within 30 minutes of that hitting the market, my clients are gonna email from me.
The agent says Hey, this house is available, you wanna go look at it. Or I can do a daily one.
So every day at nine o'clock, they're gonna get an email from me saying, here's updated areas in your saved search area.
Or I can do it weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Weekly is every Monday they do that. Biweekly is every other Monday.
They get it. Monthly is the first first day that you set up to have that. So I'm gonna do instantly because, you know, we wanted to know, as soon as something hits The market, we want to know.
So I'm gonna create save that search. So now, anytime something happens in that area that I searched, my clients are gonna email from me, the agent that says, Hey, something news came up in your area.
Click here to see it. They click the button and it pops up the map and shows 'em exactly what's there.
