Okay, I'm gonna give us a quick overview of our new people upload feature. So after enabling this what you should see is a new option on the left hand menu people.

If you click on that, this is the screen that you'll be presented with. So there's the ability to start a new upload, and you can see preexisting uploads, which should be blank to begin with.

Let's go through what an upload looks like. So the type of upload that we're gonna look at is a candidate upload, and we support two types of files.

So there is a find them schema that we support, as well as a LinkedIn recruiter schema that we support. You can download these CSV samples if you want but basically any incoming data needs to conform to either of these formats With a little bit of transformation you can browse and upload that.

I'll grab one that I've used previously and you'll see that upload listed here, which you could remove and re-upload if you wanted to change the file for some reason.

You could also change the display name of the file that you've uploaded. Lastly you can add tags. So you can use tags that have been previously used.

This start or just type in new tag a number of tags here if you to. And then you can decide if these enriched profiles and people from your list are going to be added to an existing search.

So you can select from all those. Maybe you wanna create a new search that you wanna send them right into, or maybe you're just doing this to upload and data not applicable.

What's important to note is that these candidates, if the name and the email and the LinkedIn or profile link that's in here collide, we will reconcile this information.

We'll sync it with the information that we have in our database. We can't find them. It'll create a new contact.

And then once it uploads these these users will have this tag associated with them, which then can be searched. So if you use nomenclature here, this could encode information like an event and a date so that you know where the contact point the touchpoint was.

After that, I would just hit import. I'm not gonna do that. I've already done this once. What you'll see then is a summary of previous imports and those that are still running.

So an upload might be in progress and still sinking. It tells you the type of upload here, who did it and when, and what tags they used.

You can see this in previous ones have the number of candidates that were updated that it's complete. And if for some reason some of the data in there can't be uploaded, you'll get a failure reports that you can troubleshoot exactly what is going on.

So that's a quick look at how you do the upload after it's been done. If you go to a search, what you should see is that under the my data section, you can search by can tags, and then you've got all of the tags That you have been adding as as a part of those uploads.

So this will allow you to enrich profile information, update it with new emails and other details that you found, and then also tag users that you've had various types of touchpoints with and label them so that you could find them in a search result very easily.

Thanks.
