Hi team. Good morning. I just need your help on how we can be more efficient with the process that we have in inherited data.

So this is the file that we have downloaded and before we import it, we need to format the file first and if possible, that you can help us on how we can be able to have one property owner and all of its information in one row, for example.

But you can see here there are multiple property owners in just in more than one row. It's because of its phone numbers and email that was separately fill in in three columns.

So we only have one, two, three columns for phone numbers and three columns for email interest as well. So if it's more than three phone numbers it will be added on the next row like this.

So what will happen is if we import it in the domain, in the I by domains, the only numbers that will be added is just the on the first row.

So the other numbers here that should be included upon import is not showing sometimes in the ibin domain. So if it's possible we can have 19 Toson conception, Aon Francisco Ruiz in just one row right here.

So we can be able to upload all the necessary information like the phone numbers in email, in just one import like this.

Let me know if you need anything else and I'll be happy to provide. Thank you.
