Hi, I'm Janie on the product team here at Loom and a use case I love Loom for is cultural it's to welcome teammates back to the team, or welcome new teammates who are recently joining.

This is an example of a notion doc that we created to welcome back Jessica, who is a designer on our team that went out, Matt leave, she's coming back on Monday and we wanna make her feel welcome, loved, and give her a, a, a virtual hug.

And so we have a bunch of teammates who recorded their own Looms, welcoming just back. And we all went through a welcome, one thing that we wanted to let Jess know that we are working on and something that we're really excited by and something that is top of mind as it relates to, to challenges and hoping that when she comes back on Monday and sees all these Looms, she feels all the love and her huge presence on the team.
