Hi, I'm Sam from the Loom team. And I'm about to show you how to use Loom to post a job internally.

Here's an example from my colleague, Nick, he's hiring on the growth marketing team and is looking for internal candidates. So he decided to film a Loom in order to garner interest from the company.

Here it is. Hey Loommates, Nick here from the growth marketing team. We're hiring for a senior growth marketing manager website.

And I'm here to tell you why we're hiring this, what this person will end up doing, why it's, I'm super excited about this role and of course, how you can refer people to join.

So what this person will own is the marketing website experience for Loom and the experimentation and iterative testing of new website features AB tests, things that increase sign-up conversion rate from the marketing site to sign up.

And so really the marketing site is the front door to our product. And so having someone be in charge of that whole experience, being able to intake requests from other teams that need to update pages like careers or DEI or the legal pages, or any, anything like that is having a centralized owner is really important.

And then as we look to hit our growth goals this year and drive top of funnel, traffic and signups, again, having someone to own and operationalize new features to the website that drive new traffic, new growth channels things like that also needs to be centralized in this person's wheelhouse.

And lastly, just to run experimentation, we launched our first website experiment. Last Friday is super exciting or he's showing positive signs, and this would be a great growth lever to have in terms of helping us hit our sign-ups in the future and to learn and experiment and share those learnings amongst all loon mates of what we're testing on the website, what's working, how we're making a best in class website experience for anyone who lands on the marketing site, Loom user or not.

So you can of course refer new folks to this role. So you can do that. That through lever is a very generous referral bonus.

If you know anyone, please send me a message. We'd love to talk with them, or at least help you vet, if you think that would be the right fit or not.

So overall, yes, super excited about this role and eager to talk to any and all candidates about it.
