Hey everyone, Julia here from Loom, I’m super excited to share that we are hiring a senior manager at full lifecycle and email marketing.

And I'm wondering, could this be you? So a little bit about loom, if you're not familiar, I'm using loom here.

We are an async video communication platform mainly for knowledge workers, but also we have personal users and education users. We've got top investors, we've got more than 15 million users.

We have top benefits, we're remote first and where the ha we really have a culture of bringing your whole self to work.

So the opportunity is really to own lifecycle marketing at loom. You will be the sole lifecycle marketer to begin with, and you'll be defining the strategy, defining the tooling, and really owning the whole process around lifecycle marketing.

You'll be focused on the self-serve audience. So as I mentioned, knowledge workers are our core audience. We've got people across technology, finance, real estate, design, commerce, you name it.

Also we have a really interesting personal user audience of solo entrepreneurs, of people like personal trainers, tax consultants, filmmakers and more. And we also have a thriving audience of educators and students that really love loom.

And they need some more love from us from a lifecycle perspective. So you'll be joining the product marketing team and we are a strategic cross-functional team.

And your main collaborators will be product marketing and data. So loom is really transforming how we work. So the opportunity here is to really make an out-sized impact.

Async communication is now becoming kind of more mainstream and you know, companies like Gitlab pioneered at back in the day.

And companies like loom are really making it mainstream. People are sick of meetings and kind of an inundation of instant messages.

And so looking for ways to really respect other people's time. And you know, not only is loom kind of selling a tool that's very useful and user friendly.

We're also kind of propagating a new philosophy around modern work and what it means to actually have focused time to get things done by kind of embracing more of an asynchronous way of working.

So you might be a fit if in particular you are very data savvy and obsessed, so you understand email tooling and also how it connects with data systems.

You're analytical. You like working with the data team and can really show how your work makes an impact to move metrics around activation onboarding conversion and engagement.

And secondly, you also happened to be a strong writer, so not everyone is able to have both these skills, but it's a real bonus.

If you do you really understand what makes people tick and click you and you understand email best practices around CTA and how to write to really drive impact.

So please apply if this sounds interesting to you and bit of a cheesy call to action here, but join the revolution and let's help change how people work and really keep looms customers engaged and educate them on how they can be working smart up all the time.

So I hope to hear from you, there will be a loom involved in the application process. After the first application. So look forward to that and I really look forward to meeting you too. Cheers!
