Hello. My name is Troy Arias and I am the marketing operations manager at Loom. And I'm gonna show you how I use them.

So I'm gonna give you three strong use cases, but couple of tips first one, don't be afraid to hit that pause button and don't be afraid to press restart, but also don't feel like you have to re-record if you make any sort of slight mistake, I'm sure I'm about to make some mistakes.

I'm just gonna let it go. Anyway. Also recommend using the desktop app, cuz you can do fun things like confetti and you can also annotate on your screen, just like just like this.

So I'm gonna give you these three use cases. So first if I wanna show maybe the sales team that we have a new maybe scoring model that needs to be pushed in Salesforce so that we can start using within our lead queues.

I'll give them a walkthrough of how these things are calculated. I'll show them how they can add it, what the fields are called and show them how they can add to their, their Salesforce reports that they use.

So this is a good example. I've redacted some personal information. You can kind of see like, Hey here, you can kinda add these sort them by these and also get your averages and how they correlate to campaigns.

So another example is let's say this is internal external I'll show, maybe a walkthrough of a HubSpot workflow, kind of say, this is what's happening.

These are the things to expect and the campaign to expect to see in Salesforce. Another example is just generally across us, all the tools that I work with.

If I ever have any issues, I almost always reach out to their support team with a Loom recording of what I'm seeing.

It's super helpful. I always get thinked for it, but it's very nice to have kind of a visual of saying, Hey, I expected to be able to click this or I'm seeing this sort of bug where I did these things and this thing is not happening.

It's very easy to kind of show those things and really quickly kind of give a walkthrough of what you're seeing without having to type everything out.

So I recommend these three use cases and hope you have good time. We mean and recording.
