when I download templates on my mac, it automatically unzips them and places the zip file in the trash. noting that this could happen in this video could save much confusion and frustration. I honestly found the zip file by chance after giving up for the day.

it says "Importing content...this can take a few minutes" but its taking like forever. How do I know if there is something wrong and it doesn't work? I'm waiting for more than 30 minutes now
