Is there someone that can help a new seller set up their shipping profiles? This seems very complicated and I really don't want to start selling and then have a ton of shipping cost go out because of the bundling features being so confusing. Thank you!

can a seller use usps flate rate, but use a box that is not a usps box? for intance a box that is brown and 12x12x12 and 20 lbs but not a usps box and still pay the $8.35?

I don't think need to charge shipping again for multiple shows from the same seller in one day or a weekend sell if it not been shipped yet. Or have a ship everything in one day to bundle all days of sales.

as a new seller, I have found the sellers hub and academy to be a great resource, although will there ever be a live customer support with a real person. After my first show shipping was very confusing and the online support computer help could not answer my questions and frustrations and just referred me back to the academy - was crazy there was not a real person to help --- ended up in overcharging first time buyers and other challenges with shipping.
