Thank you, Neha! Does that mean that only 1 event ('page view') with property 'page name' is enough to see how much time user spends on each page? or i would need to create events for each page view (e.g. homepage view, profile page view etc.) as well?

You'll just need 1 event ('page view') with property 'page name'. That should be more than enough :)

Hey - I want to calculate how much time users have spent on platform during their first session right after signing up. I have a login event, and page view event. How do i set this up?

You might want to use the funnels chart for this given they are different events ;
Step 1 - Signup
Step 2 - Session end

So how would you calculate it for people who did a page view and then close the window and similarly for the people who did a page view and then shifted the taba nd may be returned after 10 minutes

1. For people who have seen only one page, and close it, we don't calculate duration on these pages.
2. For people who shifted tabs and come back, the duration continues to add the time they were on other tabs until a next page is seen
