When you say 'Upstream' does that mean the report is getting sent up to leadership team / CEO?

Yes, that is them pushing the info to us on a cadence, rather than us sending them or pulling a meeting.

The goal is to not clutter the ops meeting with a relay of facts that doesn't have to be in a meeting.

I'm not sure if you're different plants are related or unrelated, but if they are related, do other plants have visibility into the kpis and reports from the other plants?

We do let them see each others

We post weekly metrics in a slack channel for ops and sales

The plant managers have access to fathom dashboards and report for financials. Monthly they can only see their own, but we do a quarterly accountability meeting where all results are shared out for the group meeting
