Thanks for sharing in a loom video. This is super helpful in showing the new features. Awesome job with the NetSuite integration. We are using this integration with Ops Hub Pro and recommending this as "the" solution to connect HubSpot to NetSuite. Very grateful for your innovative work!

I don't see this exact workflow in HubSpot, I would have to go into deal automations to do something similar
You need to enable extra features in the Feature Discovery tab for it to appear in workflows.

this is why it's so frustrating working within HubSpot because....again, what the instructions say is not reflected in what I see as the admin, so I can't follow the steps, and all anyone ever does is refer me to outdated articles

On this workflow, I continuously get the error message, 'There are no Individual/Company Customer syncs turned on, which is required before a Sales Order can be created.' But these syncs are on. There is not a lot of documentation to guide on this, any help you can add is appreciated.
