What strategies have you tried to maintain consistency with your diet over the weekends despite doing everything right during the week? People won't lose weight while sticking to eating, Vegetables, fruits, legume, grains, seeds, and oils as they are full of Carbohydrates which the body turns into sugar, ergo stay overweight or bounce back if they restricted !!!

Hey, thanks so much for your comment.. If you are in a calorie surplus (ie consuming more than you are burning) then the body will store any excess as fat - regardless of which macro you ate (protein, fats or carbs and healthy or otherwise)... For me (and my clients) I like to relax a little at weekends so you aren't feeling too restricted and you can still get results this way if the calorie balance for the week is still on point...

Haha! To be fair I don’t like to ‘demonise’ foods, as that can create more issues. It’s only when you end up with these foods creating issues and controlling you it becomes a problem, moderation is king x
