The constant training and support, both from the mentor's team and the support team is, for me, priceless and also proves that I'm working for an outstanding company. So thank you all for always having our back.
I like the feedback ratings system. I check it often to see what I need to focus on.

'Quiet time' can be 'scary' for teachers. Sometimes I think if they aren't speaking they aren't producing, but 'quiet time' is necessary to process information.

Great tip
I feel like I have improved in this area, but I can continue to pay more attention to this.
Great tip
Great tip on modeling self-correction. A human produces thousands of words a day. Therefore, the probability of making a mistake is extremely high for everyone . :)
Dear Eva, Justyna and Thomas,

Thank you very much for sharing the webinar about Lesson Visits, which could serve as a great tool to improve teaching methods, time management and to achieve success criteria.
It is great that the students are not informed about the lesson visits, as it would possibly influence their performance, behaviour, etc.
To welcome the lesson visits "with open hands" is a great way to put how teachers should feel about, despite the possible feelings of embarassment and anxiety.
Thank you, Tomasz! ๐Ÿ™
