In this Loom, I'll be showing you how to import profile data into our CMS using a single Excel document. Before you begin, make sure to set up custom fields in advance. All profile data that you will be importing needs to be pre-set up in custom fields in order for it to be matched. Once you're ready, navigate to the left-hand menu and select profiles. From the drop-down menu, select bulk import profiles and choose a file to import. You'll then see some new options, such as the reference field, which needs to be confirmed for your upload method. You can also select profile status, which can be active or inactive. Uploading profiles with inactive status is typically used in conjunction with the attendee invite link feature. Lastly, you can indicate if you'd like to update the status for those attendees already in the system. In this case, we're uploading all new attendees. Thanks for watching!"}
