In this Loom, I wanted to talk to you about the importance of validation in video production. My colleague Angel mentioned that you're focusing on creating short videos and it takes time to grow an audience. However, that's not the main reason why we're not delegating video production. The real reason is that we need validation and discovery. Validation is important because we need to be able to collect money. If we're unable to do that, creating a bunch of people doesn't make sense. We tried to create a product first and then focus on helping people, but we were unable to sell it. It's important to create the number of customers after you're able to sell something. If you just try to increase the audience without selling them anything useful, then you're shooting yourself in the foot. We need to go back and look at our problem solution fit and understand if we're really creating value. My goal is to make sure that I have people with their skills gap for them to get out of poverty using the tools of technology. Hopefully, I will be able to do that, but that takes a good understanding about the problems and coming up with good solutions and packaging."}
