First, you need to log onto your self-service view and switch to the ARC dashboard. Please note that you must be assigned by an admin to appraise an employee as an ARC or be included as part of the appraisal committee members. Once on the dashboard, you can see the total number of employees who have taken the appraisal and all participants assigned to it. If you're not on the correct appraisal circle, you can change it. Then, you can access the employee list and filter by pending ARC status to view the employees you need to appraise. If an employee's appraisal status is not reflecting pending ARC, you won't be able to make a recommendation or view their appraisal. However, if the appraisal is in progress or pending a reviewer, you can still view it. By clicking the action button, you can view the employee's appraisal report, including scores and comments. To appraise the employee as an ARC, select \"make recommendation\" and view the pH that shows the appraisal report. You can export the report or view the appraisal history based on admin permissions. On the reviews page, where you make the recommendation, you can choose from a list of recommendations provided by the admin and add a comment. Once you complete this action, you submit and successfully appraise the employee as an ARC."}
