I built Diabetes EndoCare, a website and digital check in system the clinic uses daily at diabetesendocare.org. It replaced slow paper intake by adding new and returning patient check in flows, built with Next.js 14 app router, TypeScript, and Tailwind. New patients complete a multi step wizard before their appointment, and returning patients can quickly upload insurance photos on HTTPS mobile. Completed forms are auto formatted, emailed to the doctor and the patient, and I improved completion rates with better UX. There is no action requested from you."}
