Where to Start\nGo to \"My Posts\" in your dashboard.\n\nYou’ll see all your Instagram posts pulled in here (if Instagram is authenticated).\n\n2. Understanding How Instagram Posts Are Collected\nThe system uses a direct connection with Meta (Instagram).\n\nOnce your Instagram channel is connected to your creator profile, your posts are pulled in automatically.\n\nEven without authentication, the system can detect your posts, but performance data will be limited.\n\n3. Why Authentication Matters\nWithout authentication:\n\nPosts appear, but no views or plays are shown.\n\nWith authentication:\n\nThe system can access views, plays, reach, and impressions.\n\nFull post data is synced nightly (once every 24 hours).\n\nAuthentication uses Meta’s first-party approved tools (not scraping).\n\n4. How Automatic Attachment Works\nIf you mention a brand in the caption using:\n\nA hashtag (e.g., #brandname)\n\nA mention (e.g., @brandname)\n\nEven just the plain text brand name (e.g., “Brandname”)\n\nThe system will automatically attach the post to the correct campaign using keyword detection.\n\n5. Using Keywords in Campaigns\nBrand campaigns include keywords (can be words, hashtags, or mentions).\n\nThe system matches your post content against those keywords.\n\nYou do not have to use the exact format (e.g., hashtag vs plain word—either works).\n\n6. Secret Tags Don’t Work Automatically\nIf you only tag the brand via Instagram’s “Tag People” feature in a reel/story and not in the caption:\n\nInstagram does not pass that tag data to the system.\n\nThese posts may not be auto-attached to campaigns.\n\nThe team is working on ways to improve this, but it’s limited by Instagram’s data sharing rules.\n\n7. Stories Must Be Manually Attached\nInstagram does not pass full text from story images.\n\nYou’ll need to:\n\nGo to \"My Posts\"\n\nClick the story thumbnail\n\nHit “Insert to a campaign” manually.\n\nStories will eventually be pulled after they expire, not while they’re live.\n\nA full story integration is expected by end of the year.\n\n8. Personal Campaigns Work the Same\nPosts will also attach to personal campaigns based on the same keyword detection.\n\nMake sure your personal campaign includes the keywords under “Details.”\n\nThis way, those posts will appear in reports you can send to brands.\n\n9. Post Sync Timing\nNew posts are synced:\n\nAfter you authenticate\n\nAfter a manual refresh (e.g., clicking “Fetch My Media”)\n\nIt may take 10–20 minutes to appear.\n\nStats update nightly, so allow a day to see impressions, views, etc.\n\n10. How to Handle Posts Not Found Automatically\nIf a post didn’t auto-attach:\n\nMake sure it includes the correct keywords in the caption.\n\nTry to avoid relying solely on secret tags or tagging the brand without mentioning them.\n\n11. Manually Added Deliverables May Need Approval\nSome brands require approval for posts you add manually (not auto-detected by keywords).\n\nThese are often reviewed as “secret tag” or “UGC” content.\n\n12. Support for Other Platforms\nTikTok and YouTube:\n\nCurrently pull data without authentication.\n\nDirect partnerships coming soon (authentication will be required).\n\nFacebook:\n\nYou must be a business page.\n\nPersonal pages and groups do not share data.\n\nFull integration (reach and insights) expected in the next few weeks.\n\n13. Extra Features Coming Soon\nViewable captions and thumbnails in reporting (currently not shown to brands).\n\nStory data display and reach tracking.\n\nUpdated reporting pages for reach and impressions.\n\n14. Where to Get Help\nFor any issues or questions:\n\nEmail or DM the support team.\n\nThis tool is still in beta, and updates happen frequently."}
