If you have any questions please contact your DOCPACE Customer Support team. \n\nSchedule Durations: This color scheme helps break appointments into 5 appointment durations. Green - 15 minutes or less, Blue - 15 to 30 minutes, Pink - 30 to 60 minutes, and purple - 60 minutes or more. We also highlight Open Slots in Yellow. \n\nData Fetching: DOCPACE Insights does not update day-of due to the amount of data involved. It is typically updated overnight. The time of the most recent update can be found on the bottom left view of the Provider Summary page. \n\nFilter Date: You can view your current week, prior weeks, or the two upcoming weeks by selecting an individual day in the desired week. \n\nSchedule Views: The top view helps highlight the appointment durations of the schedule in question while the bottom view helps highlight the density of the schedule.\n\nInclude All Appointment Types: This filter impacts the top Schedule View focusing on Appointment Durations. Selecting \"No\" will move less frequently scheduled Appointment Types into a consolidated category called \"Other\". Selecting \"Yes\" will expand the view. \n\nSlots | Open: Past, present, and future appointment slots without a visit scheduled in it's place. It may be necessary to filter certain Departments, Providers, or Appointment types when utilizing this view. \n\nSlots | Total: The total number of appointment slots based on your filter settings and date range. This includes both Open and Full Slots. \n\nSlot | Utilization: The total % of appointment slots that are filled.\n\nProvider Summary & Other Data: This view is helpful to use with the other Insights Workbooks, particularly the Growth, Delivery, and Adherence Calendar Views. Recommended visualization - Weekday & Hour. Examples: When specific Appointments have the shortest Total Cycle, When you will most often have a Walk-In Patient, When a Patient is most likely to No Show."}
