For the unfamiliar, Choose901 is the guide on how to invest and enjoy the 901.  This means we curate the community’s culture and share it in unique, useful, and updated ways that has lead us to be the region’s largest megaphone for Memphis pride, optimism, belonging.  \n\nChoose901 is a campaign of the non-profit City Leadership, but really City Leadership is not just a non-profit but a for-benefit for the advancement of better and greater Memphis.  \n\nSo that’s the why behind our community partners at Choose901, let me walk you through the how you do it.  \n\nOn this page you’ll find some brief instructions on how and why YOU should write for Choose901, how to pick your topic, submit that to our Marketing Team, so we can give you the green light to submit a full blog post.  So this is a two stage process, submitting the topic for approval, and the submitting your full blog post.  \n\nWe’ve laid out some examples of folks that have come before you and submitted blogs, but also just some general content styles that you might want to take on yourself.  For instance, you may be the guide on how to find the best tacos on Summer Ave, or you may want to write a feature on how a local business raised money for local schools.  Either way both of those things are what makes Memphis the place that people WANT to INVEST and ENJOY their lives.  \n\nAt the very bottom of the page you’ll find some general guidelines on formatting, writing, and how we will share the content you submit.
