For most clients, this will be 5 more sessions. \n\nHere's how you book them:\n1.\tFirst, click into the appointment in Acuity.\n2.\tThen, you'll schedule their upcoming sessions.\n3.\tClick the wheel or the screw button next to the cancel button.\n4.\tClick New Appointment.\n5.\tEnsure the appointment type is correct (video, audio, chat), or you can change it.\n6.\tFind your name on list of coaches. You can start typing your name and it'll pop up.\n7.\tIn this example, we've decided to meet on Wednesdays at noon Eastern.\n8.\tSo I'll find the date 2 weeks from today, select the time.\n9.\tThen click Recurring, Every other Wednesday.\n10.\tAcuity defaults to 8 times - go ahead and change this number to 5. \n11.\tClick Add Times.\n12.\tAnd the appointments appear. If there was a conflict, the date would appear in red.\n13.\tClick Schedule Appointment.\n14.\tFrom here, you'll receive an email notification of the appointments and so will your client. The appointments will automatically appear on your calendar. Your client will need to add them to their calendar.\n15.\tIf you wanted to change one of the appointments in the series, go ahead and find it on the calendar. \n16.\tClick the appointment, click reschedule, and choose the time of your choosing, and click reschedule appointment.\n17.\tBe sure to label the session as \"completed.\"\n18.\tFill out the Coach Notes (including themes, goal, plan) -  then click SAVE!\n19.\tAnd that's it!
