In this Loom, I'll show you how to open a job and create an opening in Ashby using TimaHana. If you have a hiring plan for a role that doesn't exist in your ATS yet, don't worry! With Ashby, you can easily open that job and opening straight into your ATS. First, make sure the job is marked as ready to hire and the hiring manager has taken care of that step. Then, click on the ready to hire filter to find the role for which you would like to open the job. Click Link Job, and instead of clicking from the dropdown to find a job that already exists, click Create Job in Ashby. The job name will auto-fill from the headcount, and you can select the team and location from Ashby. Click create job, and you'll see the job created and linked to the headcount ID. Finally, I'll create an opening with the opening ID name and description already filled in. That's it! Let me know if you have any questions or if there's anything else I can help with."}
