A start and end time stamp is needed for each individual encounter stage to accurately report on it's duration. Example: Intake Start and End allows full capture of the duration of Intake, how long a patient was Ready for Staff, and trigger to move the patient to Ready for Provider.\n\nWorkflow %: Is a breakdown of the % at which DOCPACE collected a specific encounter state Time Stamp. Example: 80% Intake start = The Intake Start Time Stamp was collected on 80% of Appointments.\n\nTimestamps: DOCPACE always looks for the Timestamps reported here regardless of Provider or Appointment Type. It may be helpful to filter based on these Data Categories for accurate metrics on specific workflows.\n\nProvider Breakdown: Bars represent the Providers Timestamp Compliance Score & Overall Data Quality. Hovering over them will Visualize Provider Specific Details.\n\nBy Appointment: Is a summary of the 4 Main Timestamps - Intake Start & End + Exam Start & End. We separate them into - Collected every time (Blue), Missed 1-2 Times (Yellow), Missed all 4 (Red).\n\nMissed Timestamps: Total Number of Missed Timestamps. Each individual Appointment has 8 Timestamps.\n\nVisits with Inaccurate Timestamps: DOCPACE applies Data cleaning so that the reported metrics can be as accurate as possible. Visits with durations less than 0 and greater than 240 Minutes will not be included.\n\nCleaned vs Actual Durations: On the Delivery Page, you will see an option to display either Cleaned or Actual Durations. This feature allows you to switch your Data and Views between our Data Filtering vs The Exact Data from Athena. Data Cleaning will provide more accurate insight into typical encounter state and appointment durations. Ex) An Appointment Missing Intake Start that has been left \"With Provider\" for two days - would both bring down your average Intake Duration and significantly increase your Exam Duration with no filtering applied.\n\nHours Worked: Timestamps are collected and reported on by DOCPACE when they happen. In the case of working hours - an Exam End timestamp collected at 11PM would register as such. \n\nFilters: Data Category Filters & Time Filters are there to help keep outlier and errant data from Influencing your views, metrics, and reports."}
