I wanted to give you an update on the changes we made to the rich media template creation process. We have merged the single and bulk creative uploads, so now when you create a new rich media template, you will only see one page instead of two. By default, two frame counts are selected, and you can upload new images and select multiple or single templates. If you select templates with additional fields, you will see a new section for information on those fields. For example, if you select the countdown field, you will see the countdown time. After selecting your desired templates and information, you can save and create the rich media templates. You can also edit any rich media template and select more templates from there using the same images. We made these changes to make it easier for users to see their options and select what they need. No action is required from you, I just wanted to keep you in the loop!"}
