In this Loom, I'll explain what the Unclaimed tab is and how to reconcile it with the headcount plans. So, Tima Hanna has come up with this concept called Unclaimed, which you can find on the headcount ledger, right next to the current employees tab. This tab shows employees who were added to our HRIS without being tagged as candidates for headcount on our hiring plan. This means that a step was skipped, and the headcount in the opening was not captured. We don't recognize their name, so we're holding them in this Unclaimed tab until we can reconcile them with the headcount plans. To claim them, you can either select the headcount they were hired against from the dropdown and click save or navigate to the job and select the right person from the employee section. If you're on the recruiting team and don't have access to the headcount ledger, you can still link the employee from the hiring details tab. Hope this helps!"}
