The options are Early, Late, and Very Late with all other arrivals shifting to On Time. Example: Early 45 - Views and Reports will adjust to showing Patients who arrived 45 or minutes before their appointment as Early.\n*The Time Threshold you set will be reflect on both the Late Patients and Adherence KPI pages.\n\nArrival Time Breakdown: Display data by Organization, Department, Provider, Appointment Type and Organize Data by Arrival Time. Example: Department View - Late - List of Departments by % of Late Patients.\n\nLate Visits: Allows you to select a % Threshold and Grouping to Display Late and Very Late Patients. This threshold is determined by the Time Thresholds set on Arrival Times. Example: 10% Threshold - Providers = Number of your Providers with 10% or more of their Patients Arriving in your Late & Very Late Threshold.\n\nLate Arrival by Day: Breakdown by Late Arrivals by day based on your set Threshold. Hovering over an individual Day will provide greater detail.\n\nAdherence KPIs: Month, Day Hour Calendar view of Late Patients, No Shows, and Same Day Cancellations. As this view reports on Percentages - it can be influenced by low data count. Hover over a particular time to have a summary of all Late Patients, No Shows, and Same Day Cancellations in that Time as well as Completed Visits. Example: 2 visits Scheduled on Friday at 1PM with 1 No Show = No Show Rate 50%."}
