In this Loom, I'll give you a quick rundown of the chat app we'll be using during our program. The chat app exists in three different ways: on the right-hand side of every room, on the bottom right-hand corner of every room, and as a mobile app that you can download from either iTunes or Google Play. You'll see a chat screen with all your latest chats and a list of users, which includes all students and staff members. You can chat with anyone individually by clicking on their name, or you can join groups, which include all counties and cities, as well as some other rooms. Please note that every chat message is logged and recorded, and is reportable to both staff and the chat app. So, be careful about what you're sending, even in private chats. You can create a new group by clicking on the top right-hand corner of the group screen and selecting public, password-protected, or private. Regardless of the group type, all messages are logged and viewable by staff. You can also search for a particular user and send files, create a poll, send images, and more."}
