In this video, I'll teach you more about attendance tracking statuses. These statuses help you effortlessly organize your schedules and gracefully manage your participants. With FunJoin, it's simple and intuitive to keep track of attendance. In FunJoin, there are four statuses a participant can have. Signed up indicates a participant is booked for a session or program. Checked in indicates a signed up participant has arrived at the session or program. Checked in is the status your participants will have during their activities. No show indicates a signed up participant did not arrive at the session or program they're signed up for. Checked out indicates a checked in participant has finished their session or program. It can also indicate a participant has been released to their parent or guardian. Should be checked out after the session or program. A participant is assigned the signed up status when they schedule a session or program and fund join their two ways. You can schedule and pay or deem a credit. Once scheduled, the participant will appear in your schedule as signed up. Here's how all four FunJoin attendance tracking statuses connect. In NoShow, use the undo function to return them to signed up status. If you mistakenly check out a participant, use the undo function to return them to checked in status.
