It wasn't the price that scared me, it was the fear of paying for a design and not loving the result. Then I found Sua Ruang, a small studio in Sleman, Yogyakarta. I sent one WhatsApp message with my existing plan, and instead of a quote and pressure, they talked through the pricing with me and sent a full PDF design, floor plans for both floors plus the facade, before I paid a single cent.\n\nThe catch: this studio with real taste and a strong presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook had no website, so every lead just dead-ended in a DM. So I built them one on Base44: mobile-first, bilingual (Bahasa Indonesia with an English toggle), and light and dark following your device.\n\nIn this walkthrough I show their before (real chats, their socials, no website), the new site, and the automation working live: a free-sketch form where you describe your dream home, add the size, and only then see an estimate based on their real market rate. On submit it saves the lead and opens WhatsApp already written out, with a live counter of the free concept-sketch slots left this month. It removes the exact fear I felt, and helps a two-person team focus on the clients who are genuinely ready."}
