If you would like to add more schedules please contact your Customer Support Team.\n\nWorkbook Specific Filters: Individual Workbooks and their associated pages often come with unique filter options available only on that view. Example: New vs Established Patients on Growth, Encounter State Selection on Delivery, and Patient Arrival Category on Adherence.\n\nMain Data Categories: Department, Provider, Provider Type, Appointment Type, Insurance Type. \n\nFilter Options: You can choose to select all, some of, or specific data sets from our Main Data Categories. Filters can be applied across all Categories. Example - Filtering to one Provider, one Department, and one Appointment type = only the data for the Appointment type for that Provider at that Department.\n\nWorkbook Specific Filters: Until you have set filters or saved a default view - Insights will default to all data fetched on the providers schedule. Depending on the Workbook, it may be necessary to apply certain filters. Example: Filtering out Telehealth and virtual appointments on Delivery.\n\nFilter Dropdown: You can easily add or remove all data sets in Filter Category with the \"All\" Option. You can also select or unselect the specific data sets check box. For large data sets, you can use the search bar to easily find what you are looking for. You can remove filters with the \"Remove Filter\" icon or the \"Reset View\" button on your Insights tool bar at the bottom of the page.\n\nVisualization Filters: You can click on a visualized Data set and click either the \"Include Only\" or \"Exclude\" option. Include only will immediately filter to display and report on the selected data while exclude will remove it. Example: Growth - Exclude Appointment Type = Removes that Appointment Types data from the metrics and visualization. \n\nSave Custom View: Found on your Insights tool bar - this feature allows you to save the view you are currently on. This will keep all of the Filters you have applied and save time later on. These saved views can be named for easy navigation. If it is your most common you view, you can also set it as your \"Default View\" which will keep the Filter View as your Main Insights view from then on."}
