First, log on to the system and click on finance, then funding to bring up your funding list. If you want to add a vehicle, click the green button in the right corner and search by VRM or Michael. Finance House will slip BCA, plan start date, and it should with most providers detect the expiry date. If you put the funded amount and click add, it will add the vehicle to the funding list. You can see information about the vehicle, funding status, who it's with, the amount funded, the days remaining on the current plan, the date it was purchased, the number of days it was purchased, the price, who it was sold to, and the date number of days since sale. Note that the vehicle is currently waiting for delivery, so it hasn't gone out yet, but we populate that data. There are also reports available, such as unfunded and funded vehicles, and vehicles that have been settled in the last 90 days. To settle a vehicle, mark it as settled by clicking on finance, then funding, and multiple selecting vehicles to settle. You can also remove vehicles from funding if you made a mistake."}
