I start by showing an example email with an RFQ from a customer, which includes various files such as an RFQ file, a spec sheet, and drawing files. I demonstrate how the app parses the information from the email using AI and generates a new RFQ. Then, I show how to enter basic information about the RFQ, add parts, and choose costing based on different machines and materials. Additionally, I showcase the file viewing feature, where you can view 3D files, PDFs, and specifications. Lastly, I demonstrate the chat feature, allowing communication with customers, team members, and vendors by tagging them.
