This happens when a trailer stops transmitting sensor data for more than 90 minutes, so you will see missing simulated temperatures at the route stops. To confirm it, I recommend checking the route stops for no temperature available, then clicking the red exclamation icon next to the trailer name to find a data transmission gap violation, like a 121 minute gap. I also point you to the yellow warning icon for Product Temperature Simulation Not Available details.
