Navigate to Policies and Procedures, then go to Folder E for Broadened Feedback Submissions, where you will find a section labeled with the short form of your pharmacy and the word QR codes. Open that QR codes area to access downloadable QR codes in a simple format. When editing, you can resize the QR codes to make them bigger or smaller.
