I was particularly impressed by how they teach to the smartest kid in the room while ensuring everyone else keeps up, and the data showed that teachers who adopt these methods see increased satisfaction and student performance. After discussing with our superintendent, there’s potential for us to explore a magnet school in Boone County focused on these methods, and we’re considering an endowment to support teachers from Central Missouri visiting the Academy. I believe it would be beneficial for our board to visit as well, and Jeff will be providing dates for that trip. I look forward to discussing this further with all of you!</description></oembed>
