In this video, I want to talk about the importance of taking breaks. As someone who works hard to get things done and please everyone around me, I know how hard it can be to step back and reflect on where you are in life. However, I believe that taking a break every three to four years can help you gain fresh perspective and grow as a person. As a manager, I encourage my team to take breaks and reevaluate their situation, even if it means taking a sabbatical for a few months. I value my team members as people, and I would rather see them take a break than lose them altogether. I know this can be a scary topic, but I believe that creating space for each other to grow is essential in this new day and age. So, if you&apos;re also thinking about taking a step back, I encourage you to do so and see what happens after that.</description></oembed>
