If your practice accepts Care Credit and has a login to their website, you will need to process the transaction there first. After that, you can record the transaction Action ID in the CARB EHR by selecting Care Credit in the Collect Payment section and entering the transaction ID. Once you do this and select Charge, the payment will be marked as Pay and will also reflect in the billing hub tool. Please ensure you follow this process for any additional charges during checkout.
