First, you'll access the job posting and navigate to the processing tab. Then, select the appropriate status, such as 'hold for future consideration,' and enable the 'Treat as rejection status' option. This will classify any candidate moved into this status as rejected in our pipeline. Please make sure to follow these steps when updating candidate statuses.
