It notes that the capability is admin-specific, and teachers can only assign within sections they already have access to. It also explains that with a full integration to the district SIS, manual moving is blocked because section data is pulled automatically. To move someone between sections, select the All Sections tab, then choose the section from the roster drop-down, and verify the user appears in the destination section. The same process is used for educators via the Educators tab so they gain access to the assigned section.
