First, you need to export your contact list from Vagaro, which will produce a spreadsheet with specific data fields. You need to add a column titled "Type of Contact" and insert "patient" for all the contact records you wish to import. Then, go to AestheticCRM, click on Contacts, and Import. Map the data fields, and manually select the "phone" field. You don't need to bring in day or night, city, state, postal code, referred by, and you should manually select the source. Be sure to check the box that says "don't import data in unmatched columns." You can leave the import name as the date and time of the import or give it a name if you prefer.
