Instead of manually logging into Athenian to request approval for forming an entity, we can use a Microsoft form to streamline the process. Once the form is submitted, an automated email notification is sent to the reviewing team, who can then approve the request with just a click. After approval, the requester is notified via Slack, allowing them to proceed with the formation of the entity.
