To begin, click on the plus sign in the upper left-hand navigation and select either insureds or prospects/leads, depending on what you need. Remember to check if the prospect already exists before entering their details. For commercial entries, you&apos;ll need the company name and optional information like the DBA and federal ID number, while personal prospects require just the first and last name. Once you’ve filled out the necessary fields, including the principal insurance contact, make sure to click on Save Changes to finalize the entry.</description></oembed>
